Continuous Structures
Continuous Structures is an immersive installation consisting of a single channel projection, housed wtihin an architectural construction. Using a line drawing of a parallelogram as the basis for the installation, the video animation explores in elaborate detail how a building block of digital information can be added and subtracted to create infinite, patterned landscapes. Situated within a parallelogram-shaped room, the viewer finds that s/he has 'entered' the drawing on multiple levels.
